Bus again!

Well this time we got the bus we wanted and made sure we had all the right paperwork filled out in advance so we were able to make it to our bus after immigration. That was a relief. We took the bus from Singapore to Kulau Lampore and grabbed a bite to eat in a 10 story mall watching a roller coaster shoot around the mall over our heads. It is the largest indoor roller coaster in the world or so I was told. The mall was interesting but since we had a flight to catch, we only stayed long enough to eat and grab a book at the book store and we were off to the LCCT airport. Let me tell you, if you haven't been here then you don't know what ghetto airport means. After taking a high speed train and then a small bus to get here we made it only to get our tickets and wait while in the only bag check line available for a group of 20 to try and make a bag (covered in a plastic tarp and tied with plastic rope) that was apparently over weight make the weight limit. One man in the group did this by repeatedly opening, squeezing, retying and then re-weighing the bag. After no one moved or about 40 minutes and many people were verbally complaining they were about to miss their flights they opened another bag check line and we made it though just in time. Eventually we were called to to take our turn walking out to the airplane, and with no signs to distinguish which of the 3 planes was ours, we hoped we picked the right one and boarded. The flight crew told us we picked the right one and we took our seats for the quick flight to Langkawi island for a few days of rest and duty free shopping.
